This project in Deli Medan represents a large-scale mixed-use development led at the DPA stage, envisioned as a new urban landmark that integrates residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail functions into a unified architectural composition. The design features a series of slender high-rise towers rising above a multi-level podium that accommodates retail, public amenities, and shared facilities, creating an active and connected ground plane. Curvilinear podium forms, layered façades, and landscaped terraces introduce a dynamic architectural expression while improving environmental performance, daylight access, and visual comfort. Strategic massing and circulation planning respond to the dense urban context, ensuring efficient access, strong connectivity, and a clear hierarchy of public and private spaces.
