Borneo Bay City is a large-scale mixed-use development envisioned as a new urban landmark along the waterfront, where architecture, landscape, and city life converge into a cohesive masterplan. The project features a dynamic composition of high-rise residential towers rising above a curvilinear podium that accommodates retail, lifestyle, and public amenities. Organic building forms, layered terraces, and integrated greenery are carefully designed to respond to the coastal context while maximizing views, ventilation, and daylight. At the podium level, generous public spaces, plazas, and circulation networks create a vibrant social core that connects seamlessly to the surrounding city and shoreline. As a project led in the DPA phase, Borneo Bay City represents a strategic architectural vision—balancing density, functionality, and environmental responsiveness to establish a contemporary waterfront destination that defines a new standard for integrated urban living in the region.
